As we source our products globally to ensure the highest quality and best prices, please note our typical delivery times:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey through our website at any time.

3. Customs & VAT

Good news! Since we specialise in the UK market, the price you see at checkout is the final price. We aim to ensure that most orders are delivered without any additional customs fees or import VAT for you to pay.

4. Missing or Delayed Items

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact our friendly team at contact@velorapaw.com and we will investigate it immediately with the courier.
